PROJECT #1: SUNNYVALE

This 1980s townhouse was entirely updated with smooth walls, a resurfaced and repainted original stairway, and new base molding, flooring, carpeting, and doors. The wall between the kitchen and the formal dining room was knocked down and a new waterfall island installed. In the master bathroom, a closet and wall were knocked down to be able to install a frameless shower and more vanity space for abundant storage. The guest bathroom and powder room were also updated with new vanities and tile.
